She is currently based in France, where she continues her life in diaspora, pursuing her studies in French literature at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHajar Hussaini\u003c\/strong\u003e is the author of \u003cem\u003eDisbound: Poems\u003c\/em\u003e (University of Iowa Press, 2022) and the recipient of a 2026 Whiting Award in Poetry.
